◆CONNECTION POINT-

▪Phase,Neutral - 220 V AC supply to operate the device.

▪Oh high,Oh mid,Oh low - For over head tank sensors.

▪Gr sw,Gr sw - It is in N/O condition.Should be connected in parallel with one side of green button of starter.

▪Gr sw,Gr sw - It is in N/O condition.Should be connected in parallel with other side of green button of starter.

▪Red sw,Red sw - It is in N/C condition. 

which should be connected in serial with the red button of the starter.

◆ABOUT - SF 220 device is suitable for 220/440 volt submersible starter which has ac contactor in inside(also for star delta type which has green and red push switch for on and off motor).SF 220 device will work with metal type sensor/float sensor and magnet sensor also.

◆WORKING PRINCIPLE - When the water in the overhead tank is low, the green switch points which are normally in the N/O condition. 

They will come to the N/C condition for half a second and then back to the N/O condition causing the starter to turn on. 

Again when the water is full, the red switch two points, which are usually. 

In N/C condition they will come to N/O condition for one second causing the motor to stop.

Since the 440 starter has only two N/O points on the green switch, So the two middle points on the right side of the device (GR SW/ GR SW) with the black border are no longer needed. 

(Red SW/Red SW) These two points are in N/C state, so should be connected in series with the red switch point of the panel.
